How our crews work, start to finish
Our cleaning crews follow a straightforward, efficient approach. Before beginning any contract, we discuss and agree with each cleaner on the areas to be cleaned and the time allocated for each task. Cleaners receive detailed daily cleaning schedules that outline exactly what needs to be done in their assigned areas, along with periodic schedules for deeper cleaning tasks like window cleaning, carpet deep cleaning, floor stripping and sealing, and upholstery care — all of which they are thoroughly trained to perform.
To minimize disruption to your operations, our teams begin work at 6:30 AM, starting with office interiors to ensure workspaces are ready when staff arrive. Cleaners follow a systematic procedure covering office interiors, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and exterior surroundings. We also provide tea and refreshments to office staff as required.
Our teams coordinate lunch breaks so that all cleaners are back on duty before office staff return from lunch, ensuring uninterrupted service. High-traffic areas such as pantries, main entrances, and restrooms are cleaned frequently to maintain the highest hygiene standards at all times.
